Application of video surveillance products in petrochemical industry
After analyzing the causes of electrical fires in petrochemical enterprises, in view of the problems existing in the application of residual current detection and fault arc detection methods in petrochemical enterprises, a smart fire prevention solution is proposed. Through comprehensive and centralized monitoring of various electrical fire hazards, the accuracy of electrical fire hazard detection has been improved, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing electrical fires. In recent years, electrical fire accidents have occurred frequently, accounting for a high proportion of the overall fire. Because petrochemical enterprises use a large amount of flammable, explosive and toxic raw materials in the production and processing process, once a fire or explosion occurs in the process of production, use, storage, transportation, operation and disposal, etc., it will not only cause production stoppage, equipment Damage may also result in serious casualties and irreversible effects. In this context, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of electrical fires in petrochemical enterprises, especially for the existing blind areas of electrical fire monitoring and protection, and designs a smart fire prevention plan for comprehensive electrical fire monitoring, accurate identification of fire hazards and timely warnings, in order to improve the petrochemical industry. The design and application of enterprise electrical fire monitoring system provides useful creation. 1. Analysis of the causes of electrical fires in petrochemical enterprises Due to the use of a large number of flammable, explosive and toxic raw materials in the production and processing process, petrochemical enterprises not only become the high-incidence area of electrical fires, but also cause serious casualties and irreversible effects once a fire or explosion occurs. After the statistical analysis of electrical fire accidents in the petrochemical industry in recent years, the causes of electrical fires are summarized. 1.1 Illegal construction operations As mentioned above, petrochemical enterprises are prone to leakage due to the use of a large number of flammable, explosive and toxic raw materials in the production and processing process, which are mostly in liquid or gaseous form. Therefore, the process equipment and electrical circuits in the explosion risk environment are required to be explosion-proof or explosion-proof. However, individual enterprises do not follow the design requirements in the production process. Once the leakage of flammable liquid or gas occurs, electrical fire and explosion accidents are very likely to occur. 1.2 Hidden safety hazards such as lines and equipment aging and corrosion In petrochemical enterprises, there are a wide variety of electrical equipment and electrical equipment, and electrical installations are in discontinuous consumption all year round. In the production process, not only flammable, explosive substances and acid-base corrosive substances are produced, but also the insulation aging of the lines and the lines laid on the equipment side, the insulation damage caused by construction, and the lines inside the line motor equipment caused by production processing. Virtual connections can cause faulty arcs and pose a great fire hazard. 1.3 Insufficient safety management and monitoring Some chemical companies do not pay enough attention to the safety training of employees, and the implementation of the fire safety obligation system is not in place. At the same time, the lines and equipment that are prone to electrical fires have not been effectively monitored, resulting in problems such as untimely detection and disposal of electrical fire hazards. 1.4 Seasonal elements The occurrence of electrical fires in chemical enterprises is accompanied by certain seasonality. Electrical fires occur frequently in summer, mainly due to wind and rain, and the lines are prone to arc breakdown accidents. The electrical equipment installed in the open air is also prone to rain and water, which damages the insulation, and the high temperature in summer also affects the reliability and life of the electrical equipment. It consists of three products: electrical fire monitoring equipment, residual current electrical fire monitoring detectors and temperature measuring electrical fire monitoring detectors. The electrical fire monitoring system integrates monitoring, alarming, control and centralized management. The monitoring detectors are generally connected to the branches on the bus, accept the commands of the main controller, and transmit all information; the main controller processes the received data, Monitor the changes of parameters such as leakage current and temperature of the detected electrical circuit. When the parameters are abnormal, the residual current transformers, temperature sensors and other terminal probes stop collecting the information and send them to the monitoring detector. When the set value is exceeded, an alarm signal will be issued, and at the same time, it will be sent to the monitoring equipment. When it is confirmed that an electrical fire may occur, the monitoring host sends a fire alarm signal, the alarm indicator light is on, an alarm sound is issued, and the alarm information is displayed on the LCD screen, and the on-duty personnel quickly stops the inspection and disposal.
