The system makes full use of the advantages of a wide range of radar detection, a large perception area and a full range of targets. It uses remote photoelectric equipment to conduct all-weather imaging screening of key targets, and then combines radar processing software, AIS (or ADS-B) and satellite positioning to jointly complete the detection, positioning, tracking and recognition of targets. The ASD radar processing software can be customized to separate areas of no warning, warning, and emergency warning, and can detect targets moving normally, targets moving illegally, and vehicles or people parked illegally. When the radar finds the suspicious target, the software can automatically mobilize the surrounding cameras to track and shoot the image of the suspicious target, which can realize the integration of CCTV video monitoring system and radar monitoring. When a suspicious target is detected, the user can send out a picture and sound alarm without any action at all, and the camera can automatically track the target.

Front-end acquisition part: Because the remote photoelectric turntable adopted by the system integrates thermal imaging and auxiliary light source, the corresponding target image can be obtained even at night. This airport scheme adopts PT series.

For the tracking target locked by the radar, the system will automatically input the position coordinate of the corresponding target into the PT remote photoelectric turntable, and the coordinate directly corresponds to the preset point of the remote photoelectric turntable. The motion tracking of the target adopts the way of video analysis, the platform software drives the remote photoelectric turntable to carry out continuous tracking and shooting, and the motion track of the target is displayed on the software map. At the same time, the real-time image of the moving target will also be displayed in the software interface.

The radar target tracking module can be done as a stand-alone SPx Server or integrated into custom development or framework development services. Within the range of radar coverage, automatic target tracking can be completed. The target register is a highly configurable software module, which can be configured according to different radar types, tracking target size and application scenarios. The tracking report can be sent to the network to control the camera to follow and track the target.

The radar main interface provides the situational awareness map of the whole monitoring area, through which the target activity in the area can be clearly observed. The highlighted area allows you to view the overall picture while viewing the details in the small window below. The camera main screen displays the picture captured by one camera. The small window below allows you to switch between multiple Windows. The radar tracking function and tracking data fusion function are also included in the system. The fusion data includes primary radar tracking, AIS and ADS-B information. In addition to the alarm for the target of the offending movement, the software will also trigger the alarm if certain ADS-B or AIS messages do not conform to the regulations (not friendly targets).
