With the rapid development of electric power construction and the continuous expansion of power grid scale, there are more and more high-voltage long-distance overhead transmission lines, and more and more power grid construction and equipment maintenance work under complex terrain conditions. High voltage transmission lines have a wide distribution range, complex terrain, changeable climatic conditions and long transmission distance, so transmission line accidents often occur. Many of the transmission lines run through dense forests or on high mountains in dense forests. In case of fire, the consequences will be unimaginable. With the characteristics of suddenness, randomness and rapidity, bushfire is often difficult to control. In hot weather in summer and dry weather in autumn and winter, the probability of bushfire burst is very high, posing a high threat to the safe operation of power grid transmission lines.

 

Second, practical application

Transmission line bushfire prevention monitoring system is used for real-time bushfire monitoring around high-voltage transmission lines. Users can obtain bushfire events of distant lines, such as burning straw and burning paper, which threaten the safety of the line in the monitoring center. Once the bushfire disaster occurs, they can send an alarm in the first time, so as to put out the bushfire in time and ensure the stable operation of the transmission line. At the same time greatly save the cost of all aspects.


Fire prevention video monitoring device

The whole device consists of three parts: a case, a solar panel and a gimbal camera, which are mounted on the tower of the transmission line. The chassis houses industrial routers, SMS alarm modules, main control boards, and batteries. The whole unit is powered by batteries, which are charged by four solar panels. The gimbal camera contains data exchange equipment. A gimbal camera has three ip addresses, namely camera ip, infrared IP and ARM board ip. The two LAN ports of the router are respectively connected to the main control board and the gimbal camera. The gimbal camera uses an optical continuous zoom infrared lens to meet the dual application requirements of search and observation. Built-in intelligent analysis module, hot spot detection algorithm, can automatically detect remote flame, vehicle, personnel and other heat source targets, and supplemented by heavy 360 degree all-round head, can be found in time without all the cover of open flame and dark fire. It can be operated 24 hours a day or night, and will automatically alarm in case of fire. The main control board can control the on-off and off-power times of the camera, compress and upload the video of the camera, and send an alarm to the monitoring center and trigger an alarm message to notify related personnel after receiving the alarm information from the gimbal camera. In this way, the system can rectify the fault in time and avoid fire.
